HML Sender Tags do not populate in webmail version of email

Summary
If a prospect clicks the "view online" link for an email, the webmail version of the email does not populate any Sender tags.
Repro
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Create an email template that has Sender HML tags (such as {{Sender.Name}})
2) Be sure to include the {{View_Online}} tag
3) Send an email with the template to a prospect
4) Note that the email in the prospect's inbox has values for the Sender merge fields
5) Click the View Online link and note that the Sender merge fields do not populate
