Summary
When synchronizing against a Lead object a Synchronized Data Source is not including all expected contacts within its results.

Repro
Create a Lead activity within Journey Builder with a mixed case email such as HappyGuy@test.com and also an email with all lowercase such as with happyguy@test.com.

Workaround
Utilize lower case email addresses when possible in conjunction with activities that use the Lead object.
