When a user language other than english is used in Social Studio, email notifications are not sent/received.

Fixed in version Marketing Cloud Social January Release Patch 2.0
When a user has their language settings set to any language other than English the email notification are not triggering. The in app notification still works as expected.
1. Login to Social Studio, go to My Settings.
2. Choose any other language, like Japanese, and save.
3. Log back in to Social Studio and perform an action that would trigger an email notification, such as visit Analyze, click either a dashboard or a workbench and export information.
4. UI notifies user to anticipate email, but nothing ever arrives.
Doing these steps and choosing the English language causes the email to fire fine.
Use the In App notification when using a language other than English or use the English as the user language to receive email notifications.
