MobileConnect Membership Tab displays inaccurate results after saving new subscription

When following a specific set of steps when saving a new mobile keyword subscription, you may notice inaccurate subscription data on the page. When the page is refreshed, the correct keyword subscriptions are displayed.
1-Edit a subscription - subscription is updated without issues.
2-Add a new subscription record. Note that it is not displayed immediately on the screen.
3-Add another subscription record. Note that the same record is displayed multiple times without a shortcode or a keyword.
Refresh the page and the correct data is displayed
