Blank Screen in Marketing Cloud Setup Application

When attempting to create a user or make modifications to other objects such as roles within the Setup application, a blank screen is displayed when attempting to save.
1).Login to the Marketing Cloud
2).Navigate to Setup> Administration > Users
3). Click create button
4). Fill out all properties for user in question
5). Click Save
6). Note that a blank screen is diplayed upon saving.
Create user through Email Studio > Email > Admin > My Users
