Unable to load MobilePush settings from Setup

Fixed in version Marketing Cloud Release January 2020

Summary
When navigating to Setup > Feature Settings > Mobile Studio > MobilePush the screen fails to load.

Repro
Login to Marketing Cloud
Hover over your username in the upper right hand corner
Click Setup | Feature Settings | Mobile Studio | MobilePush

Workaround
Go to the MobilePush app directly and click on the Administration tab.
