Blank page after changing "Use Defaults" in Widget Style if the widget if the EA dashboard has multiple pages and the widget is not on Page1
Last updated 2021-10-12 ·Reference W-6991821 ·Reported By 1 users
When a widget on an Einstein Dashboard is only available on Page 2 (not on Page 1), checking/unchecking "Use Defaults" setting in "Widget Style" section ends up in a totally blank browser page.
In the browser console, it shows the following error:
"Uncaught Error: Widget layout for container_2 not found on page 0."
1 In an org with Analytics, go to Analytics Studio.
2 Create a new Dashboard
3 Add a widget, Container or Image widget for example
4 Add a second page on the dashboard, name it P2
5 Go back to P1, select the widget created in #3, then at the bottom part, click 'Move/Add' then select 'Add to Page' then add to P2. Apply
6 Go to P2, add a new widget. Do not add this widget to P1
7 Select the widget created in #6, at the right side, look for Widget Style, uncheck or check "Use Defaults"
Result: blank white page
none at this time
