Summary
When a Reply Mail Management auto reply triggered send uses a Send Classification with a Sender Profile where the From Name is populated by an AMPscript variable, the From Name of the auto reply email does not show the value from the AMPscript variable and instead uses the From Email as From Name.

Repro
1. Create Sender Profile SP1.

a. For From Name Use AMPscript.
b. For From Email put a verified email address.
c. Do not Check Use custom settings below.

2. Create Send Classification SC1.

a. Assign it Sender Profile SP1.

3. Create Triggered Send TS1.

a. Assign it Send Classification SC1.

4. Create Sender Profile SP2.

a. Check Use custom settings below.
b. Check Use Auto Reply.
c. Check Reply using triggered send.
d. Select the Triggered Send TS1.
e. Create Send Classification SC2.
f. Assign Sender Profile SP2 to SC2.

5. Send Email using SC2.

6. Reply to message received.

7. The autoreply shows a From name that is the email address not the content from any Send Classification or the default values.

Workaround
Modify the From Name so that the variable is wrapped in quotes and inline AMPscript. For example, %%=v("user@domain.name")=%%
