Users unable to export Joined Report in Lightning. Receiving "An internal Server error has occurred"

Some of the Salesforce customers and their users reported an issue where they are not able to export Joined Reports in Lightning. Users are receiving an error "An internal Server error has occurred" on the screen.
1) Create Joined report with multiple blocks with more than 21 columns and 30k records.
2) Export the report.
3) You can see an error "An internal server error has occurred" on the screen.
Note: The number of columns and data rows in the report may vary for different orgs or customers to reproduce this issue.
Limit the number of columns and data rows by adding additional filters on the report will help export the joined report.
