Email Performance Over Time and Single Email Performance by Device Generate 403 Error

Fixed in version Marketing Cloud March 2020 Patch 3.2
When attempting to run the Email Performance Over Time or the Single Email Performance by Device report when selecting a Content Builder email a 403 error will be generated.
403 Not Authorized . You don't have the correct roles or permissions enabled to access this information. Contact your administrator to acquire the correct permissions. If the problem persists, contact Global Support.
