Twitter Images and Facebook Avatars are not being displayed in Social Customer Service

As of the Winter 20 release, users of Social Customer Service would have noticed that Twitter DM and Facebook Avatar images have stopped rendering in the platform due to an issue.
1. Push a Twitter or Facebook post into Salesforce from Social Studio either through a Starter Pack, Engagement Macro or Automate Rule.
2. Notice that the images do not render in the platform
There is no current workaround for the issue.
