Error after using Reply Privately to Facebook Mention Post or Comment Mention in Engage

Summary
When users attempt to use the "reply privately" feature on a Facebook mention post or comment mention in Social Studio Engage, it will fail and show an error message: Error Posting to Facebook.

Repro
1. In your Engage column for your Facebook social account, select any Facebook mention Post or comment mention to your page. This will launch the post inspector.
2. In the post inspector, you will see reply privately is shown as an available action for replying back with your Facebook Social Account. Select the action and type out your response, select: Post
3. Shortly after it will fail showing the error: Error Posting to Facebook

Workaround
Reply back publicly as a comment or reply instead
