New Survey version creation fails with message "We can't save your survey because of an error: Unable to save branding information"

"We can't save your survey because of an error: Unable to save branding information" error message when trying to create a new version of an existing Survey
1. Create a Survey Named 'Abc', remove/change the background image, change few fonts etc so that branding information is created for that Survey.
2. Query and ensure brandingsetId is not empty for the above 'Abc' Survey.
3. Now open that survey in Survey builder, and click top right drop and choose 'Make a copy' and name the new Survey as 'Abc 3' and save.
4. Again open the first Survey 'Abc' in the builder and create a new version 2 and after that create version 3.
You will see a failure occurs with message "We can't save your survey because of an error: Unable to save branding information"
Current suggested workaround it to create a new copy for the Survey having issue and save it with a different name, ensuring the above stated condition is not met.
