Inconsistent Record Counts when Refreshing Marketing Cloud MobileConnect Lists

Fixed in version Marketing Cloud June 2019 Release Patch 8
Currently their is an issue were refreshing MobileConnect filtered lists could give inconsistent results.
- Go to MobileConnect
- Then Manage > Contacts
- Switch to the Lists tab
- Select a Filtered List and refresh it
- Notice that record count can show some inconsistent results
- Keep refreshing the MobileConnect list (usually the count will be correct after refreshing the list 2-3 times)
- Export the records on the MobileConnect list. The export .csv file will show the correct number of records
