Cancel button is not correctly displayed when editing my profile in community using Japanese user language with mobile device.

Summary
In Customer Account Portal and Partner Central template community, cancel button is not correctly displayed when following conditions are met.
1.User language is Japanese.
2.Using Mobile Device.(iPhone, Android, etc... )
Repro
1.Log into community using mobile device.
2.Click username and select My profile.
3.Click Setting & Preference and change user language to Japanese
4.Click Profile and then click Edit button. Confirm Cancel button is not correctly displayed.
Workaround
-None.
