Summary
In older accounts using the Full Name profile attribute, if this value is populated, and importing more than 500 subscribers from the desktop, this can fail in certain accounts with a generic error.

Repro
If your account has Full Name as profile attribute and it is populated for some subscribers-
Import a file from your desktop containing more than 500 rows
In certain accounts, this will fail.

Workaround
Move the file to your FTP and import it from there. The error only occurs when importing from desktop.
