Unable to Save Journey with JSON Deserialization Error

Summary
When creating a Journey that uses the Data Extension Audience Entry type, you can run into an error "JSON Deserialization Exception - Location Unknown". This happens when there are more than 2 email address data types in the Data Extension and certain steps are followed.

Repro
- Create DE with multiple email fields
- Create journey with 'Data Extension' audience using DE from previous step
- Go to settings screen and select an email field under 'Default Email Address'
- Save Journey
- Click Entry Source Tile and immediately click done
- Click Save

Workaround
Re-select the default email address in Journey Settings and then save.
