Case Feed breaks/fails to load in Lightning Console when Feed Item is last modified by the Automated Process User

Case Feed in Lightning Console can fail to load completely or fail to load more Feed Items after scrolling when a FeedItem LastEditById is an Automated Process User resulting in an internal server error (-1459639187).
1. Switch to Lightning Experience (if not in UI already)
2. From the App Picker, choose a Console App
3. Navigate to a Case record and make sure the LastEditByID is the Automated Process User
4. Allow the Case Feed to load entirely, you might need to scroll down to load more.
Feed would load entirely without error
In the Lightning Console, if the Feed Item is in the first batch to load the feed will fail to load with the above error thrown
If it loads, scroll down to try load the Feed Item that was last modified by the Automated Process User to encounter the error
Refresh the page
Access page in a non-console application
