Summary
When a Campaign Member Activity in a draft Journey is configured to Find and Update by looking up the Campaign Member ID on the entry source, a spinning wheel will appear intermittently and the activity will not load.

Repro
-Configure a Salesforce Data Entry Source on the Campaign Member object
-Add a Campaign Member activity to the canvas and configure it to do a find and update using the Campaign Member Id from the entry source
-Save the journey
-Re-open the campaign member activity for edit

Workaround
Close the activity and re-open it.
