Save button not displaying in CloudPages Microsites Classic Editor View

Fixed in version Marketing Cloud Release August 2019
When editing pages within a published microsite there is no save button available in the Classic Editor view.
1) Create a Microsite in CloudPages
2) Add at least one page and add content
3) Publish the Microsite and all pages
4) Reenter the editor for any published page
Expected: Save button is seen above Editor view at top right
Actual: No Save button is seen, only a Cancel link.
Click properties on the page you wish to edit, unpublish the page, make edits as necessary and republish.
