Internal Server Error will display on publish after deleting page that is part of a Tile Navigation Menu Item

Summary
When a user first deletes a page in Community Builder that is part of a published Tile Menu navigation item and deletes the Tile Menu, an internal server error will occur on publish.
Repro
1. From Community Builder create two pages (Page 1 and Page 2)
2. From the Home Page add a Tile Menu component.
3. Edit the first link to point to Page 1.
4. Publish the Community.
5. From the Home Page in Builder edit the Tile Menu and change the link edited in step 3 to point to Page 2.
6. Now delete Page1, Page 2, and the Tile Menu component on the Home page.
7. Publish the Community.

This will cause a dangling NavigationMenuItem record that needs to be deleted via the API in order to publish.
Workaround
Please ensure you are deleting the Navigation Menu Item first before deleting the page.
