Date fields may display one day off.

Some of our customers have reported that date field values are showing incorrectly in Salesforce Mobile for iOS(no issue on Salesforce for Android). The date is shown one day previous than the correct date.
(examples: 10/30, 10/31, and 11/1. 3/10)
This issue occurs in the Salesforce mobile apps as well as the Desktop version, in Lightning Experience.
Engineering is investigating the issue and plans to address it in a future release.
1. Set up a date field for Contacts (or any other object).
2. Log into Salesforce for iOS
3. Observe that the date field is displaying the date one day prior.
Until the fix is in place, affected organizations should rely on the birthdate value as it appears in Classic or as stored in the database (via API, SOQL, Dev Console, etc...).
