Fixed in version Marketing Cloud Social January 2019
After opening the "Getty Images" Content App in Publish, a "403 Forbidden Error" is appearing. It has been decided that content app will no longer be available in Social Studio.
1. Login to Social Studio, your Workspace, Publish
2. Select: Create Content (green button), in the upper left corner.
3. Select any network such as Facebook post to launch the compose page.
4. On compose post page, Select: Get Content from Apps, select: Getty images in the apps gallery
The 403 Forbidden error will display within the apps gallery
There is no workaround or plan to fix at this time. Instead, the content app will be removed from the Publish User Interface.
As a workaround, users can download directly from the provider website with their subscription when creating new posts in Social Studio.
