Summary
When creating a "Specific Email Link Click" trigger in Engagement Studio and basing it on a link that contains an HML tag, Engagement Studio will not match prospects that clicked the link. Since Engagement Studio doesn't properly evaluate links with HML tags in them, all prospects go down the "No" path - even if they clicked the link in question.

Repro
Prerequisites:
a) Pardot account has the HML (Handlebars Merge Language) feature enabled
b) Create an email template
c) Include a link with an HML tag (such as https://www.pardot.com?{{Recipient.LastName}} )

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Create an Engagement Program
2) Send the email template created in b) above
3) Create a "Specific Email Link Click" trigger based on the link with HML from c) above. Be sure to include a wait (up to) time of at least one day
4) Start the program, and click the link with HML once the email arrives
5) Note that the prospect is sent down the "No" path for that trigger despite clicking the link in question
