Summary
If we click the scroll bar of the sub-menu to drag it, the sub-menu is getting disappeared and sub-menus are not getting closed on moving the mouse away.
This issue occurs on Mac, Windows and Linux in all supported browsers.

Repro
1) Login to salesforce and access Reports tab.
2) Click "New Report".
3) Select any report type and click "Continue".
4) Select "â–¼" of any date field and select "Group Rows by" option.
5) Click "â–¼" Of Grouped date field and select "Group Date By" sub-menu. Then try to drag the scroll-bar.
6). Hover on "Sort By..." to open the sub-menu and move the mouse to hover on "Group Date By...".

Workaround
Use the mouse scroll wheel Or Use keyboard up and down arrow keys.
