No Fix in version Marketing Cloud Social March Release Patch 1.0
While using the parent post condition within Social Studio Automate, you will notice that the condition is selectable as a condition for all media types. However, it will only work for posts matching the Facebook Media type. Other media types such as Twitter will not work as expected.
1. Create a Social Studio Automate Data Source and Rule with media types not matching Facebook
2. Add the condition Post Parent exists in your rule.
3. Create a social post to be actioned by the rule.
4. Observe that is is not being handled by Social Studio Automate
There are no work arounds to this issue.
