Contacts will fail in an Ad Audience Activity unless they exist in the All Subscribers list

If Advertising Studio is enabled in your account, you have the ability to use an Ad Audience Activity in Journey Builder. If you send contacts into the journey that do not yet exist with an Email Address in the All Subscribers list, they will fail out of the Journey.
-Ensure the Ad Audiences Activity is available to be used in JB
-Create a new Journey in Journey Builder from scratch
-Configure the Entry Event to use a data extension with subscribers who do not exist in All Subscribers
-Drag the Ad Audience Activity onto the canvas and configure it
-Configure the Journey Settings
-Activate the journey.
-Note that contacts fail out of the Journey
Import the records into a list in Email Studio prior to injecting them into the Journey.
Send an email to the subscribers before the Ad Audience Activity.
