The created date and modified date in the Journey Builder Email Activity View Email is incorrect

Fixed in version Marketing Cloud Release August 2019
The created date and modified date in the Journey Builder Email Activity 'View Email' is incorrect.
1.) Create an account that has different times for the user.
2.) Create or modify a content builder email and note the time.
3.) Add the email to an Journey Builder email activity.
4.) Select an email.
5.) Click the Email Activity Summary, note the Last Modified time.
6.) Click the View All, note the Date Created time.
Use the created or modified dates from Email Studio.
