Discover Reports intermittently Error when Scheduled Delivery is sent to the FTP

When a Report is built using the Discover package and scheduled to Submit the Report on a schedule, and the delivery option is the FTP, intermittently the Report will fail to generate and an Error Message will display in the generated file.
- Create a Report using the Discover Package (for example Blank Template for Email Sending Performance)
- Save and create a schedule for the Report to be delivered to the FTP
- Review the file on the FTP and notice an Error Message instead of the expected Report
Run the Report manually in the UI and push to the FTP.
