Product Lookup does not display on Add Product Action for non-system admin users

Some of our customers have reported that the standard Product Lookup field does not display in the Salesforce Mobile UI on the Standard Add Product Action.
This issue occurs only for non-system admin users.
This issue occurs in both Salesforce for iOS and Android and in the Mobile Browser version of the app.
1. Log into Salesforce mobile app
2. Go to Orders
3. Tap an Order
4. Tap Related
5. Tap Order Products
6. Tap the "Add Product" standard action
7. Observe that the Product field label shows, non-System Admin users are unable to see the lookup box
For each of your page layouts on the Order Product object, turn off 'Read Only' (via the checkbox) on the 'Product' field.
Once you remove the 'Read Only' requirement, users should be able to use the lookup field as expected.
