Business Account name will not display on the Approval detail page layout for business accounts when Person Accounts is enabled

Summary
When using Lightning and an org has Person Accounts enabled the Account Name will not display on the detail page for Business Account Approvals.
Repro
1. Create an Account using Lightning Experience.
2. Submit account for approval (You will need to create an approval process for account from setup)
3. Navigate to the Account again.
4. ​Click on the approval step from the approval related list.
Note: The account name populates fine.
5. Have Person Accounts enabled on the org.
6. Create a person account.
7. Submit for approval.
8. Click on the approval step from the approval related list.
Note: The account name populates fine.
9. Now view the business account created earlier.
10. ​Click on the approval step from the approval related list.
Note: The account name is blank.
