Merging Contacts does not reparent Orders from the deleted Contact to the surviving Contact.

When merging duplicate Contacts, Orders related to the deleted Contact via the Bill To Contact field are not reparented to the surviving Contact. The Order continues to show the original (now deleted) Contact.
1. Create an Account
2. Create 2 Contacts under that Account (e.g. "One Contact", "Two Contact")
3. Create 2 Orders. Set the Bill To Contact field as "One Contact" on the first one, and as "Two Contact" on the second one.
4. Go to the Account, click Merge Contacts in the Contacts RL, and merge "One Contact" and "Two Contact", using "One Contact" as the master
Expected Result: The second Order (which was related to "Two Contact") should be reparented to the surviving Contact
Actual Result: The second Order continues to show "Two Contact" in the Bill To Contact field. Hovering over, or clicking on, the Contact link gives a Record Deleted error.
A workaround is to create a custom Bill To Contact field on Orders. Merging of contacts works correctly on custom contact lookup fields.
