Inbox - Users and Licenses detail in Salesforce does not update when using Outlook addin

Users who logged into Salesforce Inbox Outlook Add-in do not see the fields "Status","Devices","Last Activity" updated at the location Salesforce Setup | Feature Settings | Sales | Inbox | Inbox | Users and Licenses.
1. Users login to the Inbox Add in in Outlook with a Trial or Licensed Inbox user.
2. When checking the Inbox licenses in Salesforce the fields "Status","Devices","Last Activity" do not reflect this login.
