“Total Views” count from (Knowledge Articles / Article View Statistics) objects increments by more than one when viewing articles in Napili community
1. Create an knowledge article and mark the Channels as "Internal App" and "Customer".
2. Expose the article to Napili template based community.
3. Log into community directly as community user. View the article in community.
4. Run report based on custom report type (Knowledge Articles / Article View Statistics). Notice that Total Views for “Customer” Channel increments by more than one every time community user views the test article.
