Lightning - Internal Server Error & Sorry to Interrupt errors appear when doing a Search for Products

An error similar to:
Uncaught Error in $A.getCallback() [Error: There was a problem getting search results. Please check your connection and try again.]
and an Internal Server Error may appear when trying to Search for Products in Lightning Experience.
1. Open an Opportunity in Lightning.
2. Click the "Add Product" button on the Products related list.
3. In the "Product (Search Products)" bar type something and click on the lookup.
