Social Feed item's (or Social Post records) can't load when using unsupported social provider: Klout, Rypple, vKontakte, and None

Errors may appear when when accessing cases created by Social Customer Service or accessing Social Posts. The error appears when using an unsupported Social Provider or when the value is set to none.
1. Activate Social Customer Service.
2. Create (manually for example) a Social Post with an invalid Social Provider.
Some of the invalid: Klout, Rypple, vKontakte or none.
Update your Social Post records to use a valid Provider (e.g. Twitter, Facebook...)
