Cloned sandboxes showing as Locked.

Some users may encounter an issue where cloned sandboxes show as locked. Please confirm first that you are not exceeding your normal sandbox license limit, which would need to be resolved through the normal methods of deleting or refreshing any overage into a type you have sufficient licenses for.
Otherwise this issue can occur unexpectedly if the License Copy Tool is run on the source org for the cloned sandboxes and the amount of cloned sandboxes exceeds your Full sandbox copy license limit.
1. Note your full sandbox copy license limit in production, in this example 1.
2. Create two clones of a sandbox of any type, Developer for example.
3. Once those are completed run the license copy tool on the cloned from sandbox.
4. The completed sandbox will lock due to exceeding the license limit of 1 that was copied over from production.
Avoid using the license copy tool if possible, otherwise if the cloned organizations lock after running it log a case with support and they can be manually unlocked.
