Process Builder Consumes a lot of CPU Time
Last updated 2020-10-20 ·Reference W-4285513 ·Reported By 161 users
When Process Builder is set to run on Cases and a large number of records are loaded, the Process Builder can consume a lot of CPU time, even when the imported records don't meet the requirements for the Process to run.
1. Create a Process with certain criteria on cases (these can vary, depending on the org, case setup, etc).
2. Import a large number of records (200+)
To avoid this, you can reduce the batch size when importing records.
