"Open This Account" link for duplicated records doesn't work in Communities

The "Open This Account" link when blocking the duplicate creation isn't working in Communities. The same issue occurred in LEX but this has been resolved in W-4027834, however, the issue remains in Communities.
1. Create a Duplicate Rule that blocks the Action on Create.
2. Create a Matching Rule that looks for duplicates, for example in the Account Name.
3. Create a Community with access to Accounts.
4. Try to create a Dupe record, click the View Duplicates and then try to open the duplicate Account.
None at the moment for Community Users.
