"Save and New" in Contract Line Item goes to URL No Longer Exists Page

In a Service Contract Record Page, clicking "edit" next to one of the Contract Line Items, then clicking "Save and New" from the edit page redirects the user to a "URL No Longer Exists" page
1. Create a Service Contract
2. Add a Line Item to that Contract
3. Edit the Line Item and go to "Save and New"
Use the "Save" button, then create a new record from the "New" button back on the Related List.
