The "Live Agent Configurations" setup page does not load and gives Internal Server Error when there are many users in the Organization

Users are not able to access the Live Agent Configurations page under Setup because it gives an Internal Server Error (1270687048). This happens when there are a large volume of Users in the Org.
Have a large volume of Users in your organization
Try to access Live Agent Configuration in Setup
Using an API tool, such as Workbench, go to Metadata Types & Components, locate "LiveChatUserConfig" and if you 'Expand' and hover your mouse over the ID field you can select "Update". On the Update page, you can choose the new values to enter and update the record.
