"Milestone feed data not available" displays in the Case Feed in Summer '16

Summary
Feed items that an entitlement process posts no longer appear properly. Instead they all show "Milestone feed data not available" message.
Repro
1. Set up entitlements and milestones
2. Open a case and assign an entitlement to it
3. Once the milestone event happens and posts to the feed, look at the feed and see that it shows as "Milestone feed data not available"
Workaround
To workaround this, you can temporarily enable Work Orders in your Org until the issue is resolved.
To do this, go to Setup > Customize > Work Order Settings
Click Enable
Milestones should now show correctly in the Feed.
