Translated ‘Validation Status’ values are not correctly displayed on Article Draft detail pages

Translated ‘Validation Status' picklist values are not correctly displayed on Article Draft pages, but are displayed correctly on Article Edit pages.
This issue occurs when the values are translated into any non-English languages.
1. Define Validation Status Picklist Values
2. Set translated values for the Validation Status Picklist Values via Translation Workbench
3. Open a Knowledge Article’s Draft page.
4. Confirm that the Validation Status Picklist Values are displayed in English, rather than the translated language set previously
