Customers might get Error ID: (2025681065) when trying to add a Knowledge Base Article to favorites.
The issue is reproducible just with knowledge articles and not with other objects/pages.
1. Login to org
2. Make sure you are in Lightning Experience
3. Go to any KB article
4. Click on Add Favorite (click the star in the header of Lightning Experience)
5. Get error below:
