Summary
If any customer fields on the Salesforce Files (Content Version) object have default values set, any previously set values will be replaced with the default values when a new Content Version is uploaded.
Repro
1. Go toSetup > Salesforce Files > Fields, and add a custom text field 'Field1' with the default value of 'HELLO'.
2. Go to the Libraries tab, click on Contribute and upload a file. Enter the value of 'Field1' as 'WORLD' during publishing.
3. Go to the file detail page and click on 'Upload new version'.
4. After the file upload, the 'Revise Content' dialog will display the value of 'Field1' as 'HELLO' instead of 'WORLD'.
