Fields for Leads Created in Salesforce1 Don't Appear Populated

When you create a lead in Salesforce1, some fields for the lead don't appear populated.
1. In Salesforce1, navigate to Leads, and tap New.
2. Enter lead details, then save your work.
Some fields don't appear populated.
To see details in the fields you populated, refresh the lead.
