Community "Knows About" Menu Fails to Load Correctly in Chrome on First Attempt

When attempting to add or modify the knowledgeable areas for community members, the "Knows About" menu will not load correctly on the first attempt when the user is accessing the page through Chrome.
1. Login to the communities portal.
2. On the community member page, select the "Add" button in the "Knows About" section.
3. The menu page will load without buttons or content.
If a user closes the pop-up menu and attempts to open the menu a second time, the page will load correctly. Users can also use other browsers as the issue only occurs in Chrome.
