Clicking on Account under "View Account Hierarchy" does nothing (IE Only)

When clicking on an account under the account hierarchy is lightning, the page does not load. This only occurs with Lightning using IE11
1. Login to your salesforce account
2. Click on Accounts and open any account
3. On the right handside, click on the drop down beside the option "New Note" and select the option "View Account Hierarchy"
4. Click on the account name listed under the Hierarchy.
1. Use an alternative browser
2. Refresh the page if in IE. If you use IE11 and the page does not load, refresh the page and the account you clicked on will load successfully.
