Automated Emails: Contract notification emails do not respect My Domain

Contract Expiration notification emails do not respect My Domain settings causing issues with the URL link that is included in the Email. The URL will contain the Instance ID (IE nax.salesforce.com) instead of mydomain.my.salesforce.com. This will cause redirect issues when clicking the URL causing the user to have to login once again.
1. Create a contract and set an expiration date.
2. Expiration email will be sent as per the Contract settings.
3. Email will contain an ID URL instead of the My Domain URL
