Translations are not reflected in community immediately after publishing it

If you update a translation in a community it may not be visible immediately after successfully publishing your community.
1. Login as a System Admin
2. Update the translation for a navigation menu item for one of your supported languages
3. Publish the community
4. Set your language to the one you updated the translation for
5. Log-in to the community
You see the updated translation you made to the navigation menu item
You do not see the updated translation you made to the navigation menu item. You still see the previous translation.
No workarounds at this time. The translation should be updated in the community 24 hours after you've updated the translation and published your community.
